A
Special Educational Needs Tribunal arises
in cases where parents choose to challenge
their Local Authority about the provision
that has been identified to meet their
child’s special needs. In such circumstances
a parent may wish to employ an independent
Educational Psychologist to support their
case and to appear as an Expert Witness
at the Tribunal Hearing.
