Attention
Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder or more
commonly Attention Deficit Disorder is
particularly prevalent in children of Primary
School age. There is much that can be done
to modify inappropriate and inattentive
behaviours through the use of consistent
strategies. Children who are inattentive
deny themselves opportunities for learning
and invariably begin to experience failure,
unless difficulties are addressed.
